The Important Part: 

  • We promise seven days’ freshness or a free replacement with every bouquet.
  • Select your date or get next day delivery when you order by 9pm Monday-Friday. Plus, get SMS tracking and a 2 hour delivery window.
  • Our flowers arrive in bud and will come into bloom within a day or two. This means fresher flowers for longer – yay!
  • Each bouquet is hand-tied by our expert florists.
  • Bouquets come in our signature Nourishing Wrap to keep them happy and hydrated while travelling

Please Note:

  • In the rare event that any flowers become unavailable or are not quite up to standard, we’ll replace them with flowers of similar or superior style, quality and value.
  • The vase is not included.

Diabolical. Some of the flowers were dead when they arrived. The others picked up a bit but faded. Also got sent separately which meant I had to pay for delivery twice. Terrible

Sent the flowers for Mother's Day & my Mum said nearly all the roses had brown petals, which she had to remove. I felt very embarrassed by this poor feedback!

I ordered the Mixed Pink Roses - The delivery only contained one rose and had obviously been tampered with. My mother was extremely disappointed. She is 93 and lives 200 miles away from me. I was really upset by the content (actual Vs what I had actually ordered and spent a lot of money on) and the state of the packaging. Very disappointed and feel let down

I am really disappointed with this delivery. The roses, received on Sunday are wilted /dead ( it’s now Tuesday afternoon). My elderly mother didnt really get the gift I expected. I am unlikely to use Moonpig in the future

Flowers looked like they were dieing in paid for delivery on Sunday and they arrived around 4.30pm when the day is nearly over. I feel absolutely robbed
