I tried to send this for Father’s Day, it arrived with beer bottles broken. Could only get assistance from AI chat bot which arranged a replacement order - which also arrived broken. Will not use again.
Poorly packaged - no protective wrap for the glass bottles, thin cardboard box with no fragile labels. Arrived smashed with shards of glass in the cardboard!

This was never received, I ordered it on the Tuesday for delivery by DPD on the Saturday before fathers day on the Sunday, I paid extra for it to be delivered, and it never even went out for delivery it just got returned to moon pig! Very disappointing, I didn't even get any notifications at all, had I had any then I would have been able to sort something out for my dad, but as it stood my 80 old father had nothing!
One bottle arrived broken. My dad brought this up with moonpig and they sent out a whole new case of beer. Excellent customer service.
