Dear Moonpig Team This bouquet was extremely disappointing from Moonpig. Regrettably I bought this for my wife for Valentine's Day but already 2 out of the 3 Gerberas have keeled over and died after less than 4 days, plus they were much smaller than those shown in your advertisement and the white/cream roses are dying on the stems without even fully opening. I have attached 2 photos to illustrate this most disappointing bouquet which was nothing like the bouquet I expected from your picture in the advertisement. Kind regards David Hawkins

I should have taken photos as it was nothing like the described photo some of the the flowers were going brown and it was only half the size as the photo that you describe very poor quality for £40+
