Delivered 5 days late. Packaging covered the word fragile. Luckily only one broken bottle and the card only slightly wet. Disgraceful. However the customer service when I complained was exceptional. Complete replacement sent immediately.

It would have been lovely if the box had arrived without all the bottles being smashed )))But shout out to Chelsea for arranging an immediate refund of the cost.
