Sadly delivery was so bad soil all over the place destroying the card. My Mother’s response was don’t ever use Moonpig again

My friend was very happy with her Jasmine plant
Haven't seen it, but thw recipient loved it and it will keep bringing joy when planted in the garden.

Plant is tall and healthy. There were no care instructions with the plant. Difficult to know how to plant outside or care for it long term.
The plant was lovely but the delivery service wasn’t. They threw the package over the wall. Thankfully it was ok but could have been a disaster
Delivery never arrived. I got email saying was delivered. Never was.

The Jasmine plant is beautiful, as advertised. My issue is with delivery - it was a day late as I’d asked for delivery on 14th and they arrived on 15th.
When delivery fees are paid separately, there is a higher expectation for a secure, person-to-person delivery service. Despite receiving a text notification from DPD, the parcel was simply left on the doorstep. This left the package vulnerable to theft by passersby. I look forward to your feedback on how this will be addressed. And where is the Moonpig email address to contact and complain about these issues? Address not found Your message wasn't delivered to help@email.moonpig.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.

My mother was very pleased with the plant. But the courier delivered it to the wrong house, luckily the neighbour brought it round to the correct house.
