The Important Part:
- We promise seven days’ freshness or a free replacement with every bouquet.
- Select your date or get next day delivery when you order by 9pm Monday-Friday. Plus, get SMS tracking and a 2 hour delivery window.
- Our flowers arrive in bud and will come into bloom within a day or two. This means fresher flowers for longer – yay!
- Each bouquet is hand-tied by our expert florists.
- Bouquets come in our signature Nourishing Wrap to keep them happy and hydrated while travelling
Please Note:
- In the rare event that any flowers become unavailable or are not quite up to standard, we’ll replace them with flowers of similar or superior style, quality and value.
- The vase is not included.

The fact that it never arrived. I’m am so dissatisfied with this service. I have been fully refunded with no real apology or compensation. After over 13 years with moonpig, I will not be using this company again.

Delivered to unknown address, not my mums. I appreciate this happens and is in the hands of the courier, but, given it was for a special occasion (Mother’s Day) I’m now a few days after raising the issue with almost no reply from Moonpig. Awful customer service at this point which is disappointing as previous purchases have been great

Flowers and card bought for mother's day - I live quite some distance from my family and my lovely mum has been very poorly recently. As you can see from the photos what was sent in no way looks like the (expensive) flowers I chose. The card still hasn't arrived.... I have emailed Moonpig and am still chasing for a response - awful service so far. They've always been fine for cards but wish I had read more of the reviews before ordering.

Fantastic display but partly damaged in transit.. In the following days they all fell apart and died. My mum was very upset. Will never order from Moonpig again.
