Item arrived damaged. Blame lies with Royal Mail but the Moonpig packaging should clearly state the item was fragile and they didnt. I will be contacting them for a replacement.

The parcel arrived several days late and it was smashed up!!! Apparently the postal service are returning it to and will be sorting a refund. I will appreciate your communication when this happens.

I don't know how the product was because it didn't get delivered it was returned to Moonpig as there was an issue with it. I am very disappointed as this was for Father's Day. This is the second time Moonpig have not delivered so I am NOT impressed.
