Product good but delivery appalling. For the second time I paid extra for what is advertised as guaranteed delivery date. This time it was delivered two days after the guarrenteed date. You cannot speak live to anyone and all I have been offered is postal refund. Second time this has happened first time I let it go. If you can’t deliver this guarantee service you should not advertise it

Lovely card
Never arrived for my daughter’s anniversary and I could not get another card for her in time. Very disappointed with the service from Moonpig.

The products are always good quality and personalizing them is good.
Lovely card but took 7 SEVEN days to be delivered. More Royal Mail fault than Moonpig but very annoying. Maybe Moonpig should adjust their expected delivery timings now Royal Mail is even less reliable

Card arrived on the day specified and only ordered it the day before. Was quite expensive but was a big one.
My friend was delighted with the cards
