Will never use again , I’ve always used Moonpig since they very first started , I ordered three cards one for my wife for her anniversary on 12th April , and two for her birthday one from me and one from her cats “baby’s” as she calls them , I got an email on 17th saying they would be here on the 21st , our anniversary was the 18th , I didn’t expect next day but 9 days is an absolute joke . I’ve deleted my account and blocked there emails , I will never use them again not even for free . Complete waste

It was a free gift. Thought I'd order to see what Moonpig had to offer. Ordered in the pm and it arrived the next day. Didn't even order express delivery! Would certainly use again. So many options to choose from. Husband loved it!

Considering the card was not received I am deeply unhappy and would like a refund. Hard to explain. No more orders if you insist on using Royal Mail or should I say royal snail!
