Never arrived. Apparently damaged, so probably DPDs fault. Would have appreciated a heads up or an immediate replacement rather than me having to contact them and being offered a replacement 5 days later
The product did not turn up at the house - I think you need to improve internal communications so that all departments know when something has gone wrong. It was not communicated to me it hadn’t been delivered until I contacted the company and asked where it was. I had an email saying it had been delivered. I have since had a refund
Very nice little pack of beers, sadly one was broken, packaging wasn't brilliant.

Absolutely devastated to have waited extra days as delivery was shocking to then have every single bottle smashed up and the personalised card ruined i have let the post office send it back because I dont know how to get in touch with any one from mmoonpig as you make it soo difficult Absolutely furious I want my money back asap
Came smashed up in the box that also ruined the card. Complained but got a rate it email quicker than someone who is willing to resolve the issue

Very unhappy. I ordered well in advance and paid for delivery Saturday in case any hiccups and wanted to make sure my Dad had the gift and card on Father’s Day weekend. It has not been delivered at all. Only re mails had telling me sorry going to be delivered early as was an error dispatching goods early. Irony being I would not have minded that but fact not delivered today or before is upsetting. Yes it may be down to Parcel force but no sensible comms from Moonpig anther fact is it’s all the same to me disappointing in the extreme - Father’s Day spoilt

Most acceptable
It never arrived, complete waste of time, still not there a week later. Tracking says Royal Mail still have it. Totally missed the birthday. Totally embarrassed.
You tried to deliver but we weren't there! There is nowhere to say about leaving it by the gate or with a neighbour!!
good delivery
Bought this for my great nephews 18th birthday, and he loved it. Delivered exactly on time and put in designated safe place excellent service. Would definitely recommend this product.
