The card was lovely, but they didn’t recieve it on the day .It should have been sent for the 27th of June and they recieved it the 29th . I am disgusted with this service this is the second time. I ordered my grandsons card for the 2 July and he hasn’t received it yet . I won’t be ordering anymore until your services of delivery changes. Very disappointed .

Disappointed that I paid extra postage and the delivery date was advised to my nieces birthday but the card didn’t arrive until the next day.

The card was supposed to arrive on Wednesday. It arrived on Friday, which was one day too late.

Lovely personal card but shame about late delivery by Royal Mail. Not a fault of Moonpig but despite requesting a day early delivery it was a day late.
As always Moonpig meets the need for a unique and innovative Birthday Greeting easily, quick and delivering on time at an affordable cost. Definitely the Leader in this Sector.
Paid extra to get it delivered on Sat 30th or Sun 31st August, didn't get delivered until 2nd Sept, why advertise and allow to pay for expedited delivery when it doesn't work. Poor and won't use that service again.

My original order was sent to the wrong address/never arrived. This was no fault of Moonpigs it was Royal Mails mistake. Despite this the customer service team agreed to resend the order the same day for no extra cost. It arrived 24 hours late. Amazing customer care. Thankyou!!!
