My order arrived three days after it was meant to as it was being held in a sorting office. My car did not arrive in time for the recipient birthday and I did not receive any refund.
Brilliant choice of cards to personalise, I use it all the time! Always pleased with the results and the website is so user friendly and offers lots of options and ways to customize cards. The delivery is always super quick too! I always recommend to friends and family, although I don't need to as 'MOONPIG' is embossed on the envelope! Thank you🙂
