Father's Day card delivered 3 days late. Despite my request for them to cancel and refund me when the original order didn't arrive they just reprinted it and sent it out late.

The card was fine as it always is. But the delivery isn’t. I ordered a card for Father’s Day on the Wednesday and wanted it to come on the Saturday (the day before) and it came on the Monday. Not the first time either.
