Card was lovely. I ordered 7 to write and post/give to recipients but unfortunately they arrived with only one envelope. I contacted customer services who resent the whole order fee of charge. Problem was resolved quickly but shouldn’t have happened in the first place!!
Sadly the card never arrived.

The first card didn’t arrive (we have been having postal issues with Royal Mail). Moonpig dispatched second one which did actually arrive the next day.
Love Moonpig. Love how you can personalise the cards. Just felt this time that the photos lacked the usual clarity. Still using the same phone so camera still the same. Will still use Moonpig though!!!
Brilliant with quick efficient service
Still not received it after saying it would be delivered by 28th November. So disappointed.
This card can be used as a Thank You for any occasion. Easy to add photos, and edit as required, i.e. adjust photos, add text.

Good value and quality and shipped within two hours of order
Lovely card, was really pleased with it. Only problem and nothing to do with Moonpig, but due to Royal Mail not making deliveries for over a week took longer to arrive.
