I ordered a wedding card with italics font it came in block capitals and looks awful. Despite a lengthy conversation with Moonpig they won’t change it so my rate is zero

I was happy with product and the quality, however I was very disappointed that it comes with no envelope, so I had to search round several shops to buy a big enough envelope, which meant the convenience and time saving of buying online went out the window
I’m giving 3 stars value for money as it did not come with an extra envelope so I had to buy one to put the card in, apart from that the card is great. Thank you

The card was easy to make up with a picture and the choices you had for fonts was great. Would be nice if you could have more choice of things to put on the second page, including another picture....
Ordered and realised I spelt the surname wrong. Sorted out so quickly and efficiently by customer services. My friend Loved her card 🥰 Thankyou
I paid for next day delivery and it was delivered a day late. I had to go and buy a card for the wedding I was attending
