Our flowers arrive in bud and will bloom within a day or two, meaning fresher flowers for longer – yay!

Bouquets from our expert florists arrive in our signature nourishing wrap, to keep them happy and hydrated while travelling.

- In the rare event that any flowers become unavailable or are not quite up to standard, we’ll replace them with flowers of similar or superior style, quality and value.
- The vase is not included.

My experience and concerns were blatantly ignored and clearly not taken into consideration, as there appears to have been no effort whatsoever to ensure that the driver attempted to contact me by buzzing the bell as previously mentioned before abandoning the parcel outside. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability demonstrated throughout this matter. Despite raising a legitimate complaint and being assured that lessons would be learned from the previous incident, the exact same issue has occurred again. This suggests a failure to address the underlying problem and a disregard for the customer experience.
Arrived in the post looking like I had just collected from the florist. Maybe more pricey than I initially planned but well worth it!
