Our flowers arrive in bud and will bloom within a day or two, meaning fresher flowers for longer – yay!

Bouquets from our expert florists arrive in our signature nourishing wrap, to keep them happy and hydrated while travelling.
Please Note:
- In the rare event that any flowers become unavailable or are not quite up to standard, we’ll replace them with flowers of similar or superior style, quality and value.
- The vase is not included.

On arrival it was found that some of the flower heads where damaged

This is difficult to assess because we don’t know what the flowers were like and if the recipient liked them!

The flowers were not good quality upon receiving them but having read the card that said they send them ‘sleeping’ and they would ‘come to life within 2 days’ I left it. However, I was disappointed that no flower food was included. However, after 1-2 days, the flowers wilted and it was clear they were dying. I would expect a lot more for £30
