Recipient was over the moon with the card and the QR recording as the extra touch .
I ordered two cards last week, one two days before the other and they have still not received them. I ordered a birthday card last October and it took TEN days to arrive. My niece sent me a birthday card for the end of November and that also took TEN days. Needless to say I won’t be using Moonpig again.
Ordered on the app and it wasn’t customised to what I entered, So very poor. When I spoke to customer services, they were excellent and reordered via the website and all was great!
