Arrived 3 days late and in appalling condition, as if it had been thrown/shaken. Recipient had to completely re-pot. Very disappointed

I really want to give this product review no stars. I can't review it since my friend hasn't as yet received the card or her birthday gift! When I ordered it, on 27th Nov, my confirmation email said "Delivery by 1st December" - it's now the 3rd Dec and I've had an email from Moonpig apologising for the delay saying it should be sent out today,and delivered to my friend (hopefully) tomorrow. It's completely missed her birthday, so I'm not impressed!! Moonpig has given me a small compensatory sum, credited to my Moonpig account, but I'd much rather have had the delivery made on time!!
