Gave Yoga for Stiff Birds to my mum for mothers day and she loved it. Shes no Yogi, and probably wont ever do yoga, but she loved the cute diagrams and who knows, it might inspire her to try a pose.

The person I sent this to is new to yoga and was happy to get the book. It has diagrams of the movements and they flow from one to the other in a routine, not just random moves willy nilly.
