The service was so terrible I cannot be bothered to explain! I would not use this service if you absolutely wish to have your order arrive on time even with 6 days notice for a 40th birthday. Shame on you Moonpig!
It never got delivered trying to get information about why was hard work then trying to get a refund was a nightmare
Moonpig never fail to deliver. The option to personalise your own card and produce a card you just can’t buy on the high street works for me every time. The card was printed and dispatched really quickly and I am very happy with the result. Great job thank you once again Moonpig.

Arrived at nearly 6 on day of birthday Was already gone. Bad service . Extremely ba d servkcmmmmm.k
