Booked when the website said guaranteed valentines delivery, and paid for the next day delivery, and didn't turn up on Valentines day. And then had a rude customer assistant who abruptly ended the live chat when I explained to him. Eventually had a refund but damage was already done. Wont be using Moonpig again.

Nicely printed, card stock is thick and feels nice.

Card design is great, with lots of personalisation options. Card started curling over at the top corners almost as soon as it was put on the shelf, so not sure what is going on there.

This would have been great if it hadn't been folded in half and damaged.
