Don't buy from this company, it's a fraud. I bought a vacuum cleaner from them a month ago and the package has never arrived. I write to them and they only answer me that they are checking it, and it's been like this for 3 weeks. I don't know what they have to check when DHL told me from the first day that they had lost it, MoonPod doesn't want to give me my money back. Please don't buy from them, my mistake was not reading the reviews of this company, everyone speaks badly of it. I haven't been able to check if the vacuum cleaner is good or bad because it hasn't arrived, but it's not worth checking if you can lose your money. Please don't buy from them if you don't want to lose your money and your health complaining to them.

This means only to scam people and after a while they again change name!

Dit is hetzelfde bedrog, zelfde fotos en zelfde prijs dan de Aspirato, de website die ineens verdween en tadaaaah nu dus Moonpod noemt! Dit is mensen oplichten en Visa, Klarna en andere betalingsinstanties werken hier mooi aan mee! Consumentenbescherming is een lachertje, althans in Belgie!
