The product itself (Stainless Steel Floor Drain Filter) didn't work for my sink. It was just a little bit too big. But they offered to refund the amount without me having to ship it back.

*** Wild sink and drain cleaner***
Bought what appeared to be miracle sink/drain unblocker but it was so unaffective it was actually embarrassing, at least off the shelf stuff in shops foams and bubbles etc. I used three bottles of this stuff and not a murmur from my drain, despite using to the letter as per the instructions.total scam do not buy !

Sent my order to the wrong address (2,000 km away). I notified them immediately upon getting my receipt but it took them 2 days to reply to my email. When I finally got a response, they said that the order had been dispatched. It was still in their network but obviously didn't care as they got their money

My package was supposedly delivered via USPS at an office. The Post Office did not receive it and the supposed delivered office does not exist!

I paid them through PayPal so my money was refunded.

I bought the Quick Effect Coating Agent ...First of all it took 4 weeks to get here, Second each bottle was only 4ozs...It took all 3 bottles to do my Tacoma.There is nothing special about it ..You are better off getting a $10.00 bottle of wal mart special.I would like my money back $40.00 but i used all of it on my truck i cant return anything ...I used it all....WAST OF $$$ DO NOT GET THIS CRAP.

I was scammed into buying double what I wanted and then my goods never turned up. I have sent 5 emails and not had a single response to any . Do not use

After seeing an ad on Facebook, I purchased AI glasses. What I have received is nothing like the glasses I've purchased. Now I have sent multiple emails, and noone has contacted me back. Another scam site, stay away.

Do not use a debit card. You will be robbed. I placed an order I never received. When I tried to reach them, I had a really hard time. Finally I get an email saying my package was delivered. ALL LIES, SCAMMERS, no phone calls or number to call.

My package (apparently ) has been all over China, to Reading UK out for delivery with Yodel . Back to China. To Hong Kong back to China is currently on an internal flight somewhere.
I feel such a chump.
These people are either terrible at geography and map reading or Scammers.
I’m annoyed that they are allowed to advertise on the platforms they do.
Don’t waste your money or be taken in by their slick promotions.
Should my package ever turn up I will do a review of the product but I’m not holding out much hope!

It took some time for my package to arrive, but it was broken. Packaged in a flimsy cardboard box. That was disappointing. However, I contacted them through messenger from Facebook. I sent a photo of the broken item, and they immediately issued a refund. So, it's not a scam site. Emails are not answered in any great hurry, but messenger is answered straight away.

This is a scam service and website, it should be banned and removed from Instagram as it will take your order, but never fulfill the service and has no customer services, so impossible to recover the spend.
You will recieve an email to make you feel it is legitimate and the order is processed, and then an email to say your package has been delivered, but it won't have been.

I totally agree…this company seems to be not legitimate and not trustworthy at all …I have made my purchase online several days ago and no feedback on shipping details nor tracking information so I warn anyone from dealing with company named mooncozy
