Good purchase

Was initially anxious after ordering 2x king size beds and reading past reviews. However beds can promptly and delivery driver was lovely. We decided we wanted to exchange 1x bed due to colour preference, we were able to get in contact with the company who arranged prompt exchange of the bed and were very grateful for this.

Thank you Moor Croft beds. We would recommend this company.

Very happy with this bed

Very happy with this bed! It looks super luxurious and high quality, great value for money and seems high quality so hoping these will last for many years. Would definitely recommend and use again!

This company have taken my money for a sample fabric and no acknowledgement of order, email address fails, I don't believe this is a legitimate company, beware!

ABSOLUTELEY AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL…

ABSOLUTELEY AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Bed delivery appointments missed twice, pieces missing and wrong size when it arrived, not straight when put together, and generally poor quality. Aftercare has been even worse with delays in collecting the bed, ignoring emails and phone calls and have still not refunded me 5 days after eventually collecting it. Now in discussion with credit card company to effect a chargeback claim

We’re sorry to read this review, however we must clarify a number of inaccuracies.

We were in regular contact with you throughout, both via email and telephone, regarding delivery, missing parts, and the subsequent collection. While there were regrettable delays caused due to your availability these were communicated to you at each stage, not ignored.

The bed was successfully collected, and a full refund has already been processed. Any suggestion that no refund has been issued is therefore incorrect. Depending on your card provider, it can take several working days for refunded funds to appear back in your account, which is outside of our control and something we also explained during our correspondence.

We always aim to resolve issues fairly and in line with consumer legislation, and in this case we did exactly that. We regret that despite this, you remain dissatisfied, but we do not accept the claim that we failed to communicate or withheld a refund.

If you have any further questions regarding the refund processing time, we recommend checking directly with your card provider.

What a great and reliable company

What a great and reliable company. Deliveries were delivered on time. We had a small issue with one of the beds and issue was resolved in super quick time. i would highly recommend using this company for your beds. Excellent customer service and so professional.

Warning!

Warning!! Do not buy a bed from this company first bed come the head bored and sides didn’t match up they replayed it with a second bed and the man set this one up he had to move the holes to make the bed match up (still wasn’t perfect match) but I thought it will do only one of the sides had a rip he said he would have to come back with a replacement side,, another week later a different man brought the replacement side but said he couldn’t set this up as he didn’t know how to which was no good as I wasn’t able to move the holes/screws to match they said they would have to send someone else, the second time they turned up they didn’t tell me and I was on my way out to a hospital appointment so they had to arrange a third time a week later, a man turned up to do this went and had a look an informed me he couldn’t do it as he needed two men to do it and was on his own,, a forth time was arranged for today by email I have proof I waited in all day and called around 4 to see where they was to be told I wasn’t down for today,, I have now told them to pick the bed up and want a full refund to which they have now said Saturday which is going to leave us sleeping on a mattress till we can find a new bed right on top of Xmas!!!

Bad customer service

Bed arrived on the Saturday but they forgot the mattress,got told I had no option but to wait til Tuesday,Tuesday came and I got a call saying it won’t be til Thursday.I had to chase them for an update,they wasn’t sorry.real shame as the bed and mattress are really lovely just their customer service let them down,still waiting for £50 compensation that I was told I would get when the mattress is delivered.

Damaged Bed, No Fittings and Disgraceful customer service

My bed arrived damaged, with small tears and black marks on several pieces (it is cream so these were very obvious). It also came with very few screws and no instructions. I contacted the company 6 times to ask for a refund, or a new bed, or just the correct fittings and one piece (the most damaged) replacing- still I received nothing. Then the company has the cheek to email asking me to review them on Trustpilot? I cant recommend avoiding this company enough. I still have a guest bedroom with a half built, worn looking bed in it.

Excellent service from start to finish

Excellent service from start to finish! On day of delivery I got a phone call to let me know they were on route & would be with me within the hour! Delivered on time! Delivery men were really friendly & polite. My partner built the bed with no problems at all! 5 star service & would definitely buy from this company again!

Outstanding customer service

Incredible experience from starts to finish!
I prefer my stunning bed and within 3 days it was delivered and everything included which was needed to erect and build.
The delivery team were fantastic and customer service was on point from the moment of purchase and even after delivery when I asked questions regarding aftercare of the bed material.
Super happy and would 100% recommend

Late order and marks on bed

We received our bed at nearly 12am at night when it came, we couldn't believe they were delivering at these times. When we put the bed up the headboard wasn't even touching together as it was split in two parts and there was no bolts or holes to fit any bolts to put it close together. When we put the head board up there was black marks and blood steins all over. I have emailed customer services and no reply. Would not recommend this company. Look at reviews before you order anywhere.

Letting themselves down

Great bed ….. but … poor communication , no confirmation emails , started worry 5 days in . Eventually bed arrived with no instructions! Sort communication out and add instructions I’d of given 5 stars .

got a bed delivered parts missing…

got a bed delivered parts missing footboard holes headboard holes didn't aling up the told me to drill holes and unscrew and move brackets , they also didn't send me brackets to keep the airlift bolted together al these parts were meant to be then delivered and someone would fit no discount offered this took weeks and to this day i've still
never got the parts that was a year ago and have the cheeck to text ask for a review so here is an honest review of my experience

Delivery came way before expected such fast delivery, when delivered one of the parts where wrong and the customer service team was amazing and sent out the right parts before it was even supposed to be delivered in the first place originally ! X
