Bed is a 10/10 just beware the delivery drivers

We adore our bed. We got a mattress elsewhere. The delivery was on time and drivers were extremely moany and unhelpful and having to hire a builder to redeliver the bed into the bedroom was somewhat frustrating but this isn’t the bed fault - the bed is a 10/10 so after the delay in not being able to sleep on it we’re super happy!

I had a very horrible experience with…

I had a very horrible experience with moorcroft bed. The site doesn’t help with distinguishing what bed piping is. Ordered the bed design I wanted but got a different design which came with a wooden frame but on the website it showed a flat base. I had to pay extra £30 to get a base… I was so mad. The journey to get the right one with the customer care was a horrendous one filled with bad attitude from the customer care Danny. He even scolded at me at some point and I wondered why he was even a customer care rep. Zero respect for complaints. My reorder took over 3 weeks to get to me and they came in pieces even week. So appalling. Ever ordering from here again!!!!

You originally placed an order for a cream headboard with cream piping, which was made and delivered exactly as ordered. After receiving the bed, you informed us that you actually wanted black piping instead. Although the item was produced according to your original order, we kindly agreed to replace the parts to match your updated preference.

We advised you to return only the parts with the cream piping; however, additional parts that were required for the bed’s assembly were also returned. This unfortunately caused a delay while replacement components were arranged, but we ensured that every necessary part was redelivered to you and that the replacement headboard and footboard were provided as a goodwill gesture.

We always strive to deliver excellent service and clear communication, and we’re sorry if there were any frustrations during the process. However, we do believe we acted fairly and helpfully in resolving a situation that resulted from an order error, not a product or service fault.

Great experience with Moorcroft

The bed I wanted was well-priced and the delivery service went well. Assembly was straightforward and with a new mattress on the base I'm very happy. It looks great!

*Worth flagging, I ordered a headboard the wrong size - they switched it within 48 hours, no quibble.

Incorrect bed delivered twice

I ordered a bed from Moorcroft Beds (Order #MCB117273) on 4 October. The wrong bed was delivered twice, despite clear communication and assurances that the issue would be resolved. Each delivery involved significant inconvenience, including moving heavy parts myself and reorganising my home and work commitments to accommodate returns.

I have received a refund, which I appreciate, but the experience revealed poor coordination between Moorcroft and their logistics partner (AITHD) and inadequate quality checks before dispatch. I hope the company reviews its internal processes to ensure future customers receive the correct products the first time.

Absolutely excellent service we had an issue with the bed frame and it was resolved straight away
Danny who we dealt with was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for him
Moorcroft Beds are lucky to have him, cannot praise him enough!!

Extremely disappointed

Ordered the haven super king bed and what we received is nothing like what is pictured online. The bed frame also has numerous marks. I have emailed moorcroft beds and had zero response. I highly discourage ordering from them. The reviews speak for themselves

Do not use this company

Do not use this company, head ache from the start. After ordered they decide to call at 3am to confirm but was the guys mate from a diffrent company. Have never managed to contact the company it's self. There email doesn't work they don't answer the phone and says nail box is full so cant leave message, they dont reply to messages on facebook. Bed arrived sat no call to say it was coming they just turned up and one guy was asleep in the van with his dirty feet on dashboard, refused to help the other guy refused to take bed to the front and just dumped it by my gate. No instructions bed damaged in a number of places staples sticking out material hanging off and wrong parts. We have middle pole for a double bed and ours is super king but can't get hold of anyone to sort this out. We have managed to put a bit of wood in to hold it but shouldn't have to do this. One side has gap under the other doesn't. Head board bends in middle where it connects as wrong size. Didn't want to leave bad review but as getting no reply there is nothing else I can do and don't want anyone else waisting money like we have.

Great bed

Bed was delivered within week of ordering.Recieved mismatched sides messaged company and they replied same day and sorted mismatch within a week. Definitely recommend. Great bed and comfy mattress.

AVOID!!!

AVOID!!!
Bed arrived as I was decorating so waited a couple of days before opening, I’d only opened the headboard to find multiple rips in the material, right away I tried to call but as all the reviews say they don’t answer and the mailbox is full email address doesn’t work either! I am so mad for what I paid for and what I actually got, please don’t waste your money on the buisness I am now sleeping on the floor on a matress without a base and no refund.

Poor quality awful customer service

Received a bed with no instructions, missing screws and gas struts not working.

Phone number rings out, chat is hit and miss, none of the chat builds a history so no evidence of previous discussions. they did send some replacement. Items but not enough, have a bed that still can’t be used for storage. Can’t get in touch with anyone
AVOID poor quality items, awful customer service.

Wrong size headboard

Everything was fine until we actually tried to built the bed. They’ve sent the wrong size headboard so we tried contacting them and we cant get through! Definitely will NOT be ordering from here again!!!!

AVOID!!

AVOID!!! No customer service, as they do not respond to a complaints about the poor, deceiving quality of beds that are advertised! Avoid purchasing as I was completely shocked what they sent me compared to what is advertised on their website. Uneven measurements of panels, totally baggy corners which have been poorly stapled with staples showing through the tacky quality material. Complete waste of money and definitely not made by professionals the bed can’t even be assembled properly due to poor measurements and the uneven side panels. If you want quality do NOT use this company
