The person in charge of my sale - mark - was really nice. I was a first time buyer so he is not necessarily "representing" me but the vendor. Yet i felt he dealt with it professionally yet personably - it made the experience certiainly easier! I spent a long time looking for a house and some estate agents (in current market) felt to me to be too profit driven and a bit cut throat. It's an easy perspective to see as first time buyer. So thought it was good moor fields didn't come across like that. It would matter to me when I sell who I go with.
