The W15 this morning did not run according to their timing, if buses are taken off their usual schedule the app should say there is a delay, letting us know when expected, not passengers waiting 20min when by that time two buses should have passed. People have to get to work/sc /appointments and need to know weather to get alternative.

Moovit offered a 7 day free trial. I didn't use this app so I cancelled a day or two before the trial period ended. Now they are talking as if I never cancelled the free trial and they say they're charging me. I never gave them a credit card number. I have no idea what account they say they are charging but when I find out I plan to cancel the account. They're making it very difficult to cancel. This is similar to what I experienced when a ran into a scam regarding payment for an airline ticket. Watch out for this bunch, the trial period is not 7 days. Watch out for your exposure to just anyone charging one of your financial accounts. I haven't a clue why they are getting good reviews. I've never experienced anything like this before. How can someone just charge a person's account?

When I first used Moovit, for months it was on point. I thought 'great'; however, over the last few months it has gone into reverse - most predicted trams or buses did not show. It has now become unreliable for me. Is there an alternative? I might add that I keep the app 'updated' - makes no difference.

Completely inaccurate for the departure times shown for the 133 bus route for Wicklow to Dublin. It a useless app as far as I am concerned

I waited for 3 buses which never came at one stop.It was then explained to me that it was only of the due time was in green that you could be sure that the bus was on its way.I went to a different stop and waited for the bus that showed in green
It never came. Used the first bus app instead.and went to another bus stop. Wasted 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Useless. Region-setting was useless, as was trying to find a specific bus route and timetable.

This site continuously told me that the bus was in 4 minutes... For over an hour! I eventually had to go on the arriva website, only to find out that the bus was an hour away. The arriva buses should of been every half an hour on their timetable too but due to covid sickness, you get Sunday services instead. Maybe if moovit can actually communicate with these companies, they could probably warn us?.. Either way, pathetic!
