It was easy to order. Matching and finding the part was easy. So was checking out. The only part that would need improvement is having a better idea of when the part would get shipped and delivered.

Prices and shipping costs are ridiculously high. Not given a choice for shipping is problematic, you are taking advantage of people that are trying to keep their older cars on the road.
