Droppship scammers.
Bought a "premium" e book reader. It was so slow, slower than my 10 year old Kindle. And it was a permanent burned in log in screen on the screen so it was impossible to read a book. The company refused a return too. Stalling with vague instructions for days. Costumer service was basicly non-existent. DONT BUY FROM THEM!
I ordered the sound machine and it never arrived . I reached out to customer service who would not provide a tracking number and kept saying it was lost in customs. They then offered a partial refund for product they never sent. I have emails of the refund but no refund. This is a scam. Do not order from here.
