Apparently the worst boiler company on our caravan sites. Most callouts are on these boilers. We've already had independent engineers out twice to try and fix an issue with the L2 boiler lockout where the boiler will not switch on and provide hot water and apparently we are one of many. Usually would buy British but not in this case
Morco recalled unsafe heaters models EUP6 and EUP11 with risk of fire and despite their promise, refused to refund. Well, after some hassle they finally came through and I received my refund. Thank you Morco for your leniency!
