Extremely inconsistent data and poor methodological reliability

We purchased a market report from Mordor Intelligence expecting credible and structured data to support our analysis. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.

1. The dataset contained serious structural inconsistencies, such as:
2. Global totals not matching the sum of regional or country data.
3. Unrealistic market proportions (e.g., Mexico nearly equal to all Latin America).
4. Mixed measurement units without any conversion factors.
5. Implausible growth rates for categories not yet approved or commercialized.
6. No transparent explanation of sources or methodology.

When we raised these issues, the explanations provided were generic and unconvincing, and the revised file still included the same fundamental errors.

We requested a refund due to the lack of accuracy and reliability, but Mordor Intelligence refused to return the payment.

I strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing from them request verifiable data samples first—our experience showed that their reports cannot be trusted for decision-making.
