Slow shipping missing hops
Ordered malt hops and yeast. The website said it would arrive in 2 days, but it took 8 days. One pack of hops ordered was missing from the order.

Old yeast and missing hops
Ordered supplies for two batches of beer. For the first, I received White Labs yeast expiring in 2 weeks. For the second batch I decided to try one of their house brand kits. This kit arrived in a nicely packaged sealed bag with the grains, hops and instructions inside. Except that when I tore open the bag, half of the hops were missing. Not substituted, just missing. MoreBeer has great selection, good prices but terrible order fulfillment means shop elsewhere

Slow delivery - find a more reliable vendor
On three occasions, I have ordered yeast from MoreBeer. When I placed the orders, the website provided a delivery date - on all three occasions the delivery was delayed by 3-4 days. Ice packing had melted. Expressed my concern and the company replied that if the yeast didn't work, they would refund my money. So I guess I was supposed to roll the dice, use the yeast in a 10 gallon all grain and keep my fingers crossed that the yeast was still viable. Unprofessional response to customer concern and chronically delayed shipping. No thanks - I'll find another vendor who is more reliable and interested in customer service.

Horrible delivery service!!!
I placed an order for home brew products including items that require refrigeration. This supplier is 2 hours from my home. The shipping company they use, GLS, took 5 days to deliver my products. If I had known, I would have driven to a more local supplier and purchased in person.
PS/follow up. Joseph at morebeer sent me a replacement pack of yeast at no charge. Although I have yet to receive it, it was a nice jesture
