Been wearing More Mile running socks for years and been very happy with them. Needed new socks so ordered 3 pairs size 11-13 from Amazon. Three pairs arrived but when I opened a pair on the day of a run I found they were 8.5-10.5. I assumed I must have ordered the wrong size, however as I am size 11 I thought I would maybe get away with it, which I did. They were not as comfortable but did the job. I checked the other 2 pairs today and found that they were labeled 11-13 so thought that it must have been a rogue pair. Opened one of them and found that they are also 8.5-10.5 despite being labeled 11-13. Very shoddy quality control! I do not think I will be buying More Mile products in future.

Experience is a great teacher! It taught me that when I need additional repairs on my car... I'm bringing it back to More Miles Auto repair on Stefko Blvd. in Bethlehem! Here's a novel business plan; do great work, do it quickly, provide a detailed invoice that a ten year old can understand and tell the customer the truth. Trustworthy? While Hillary might have trouble with integrity, the staff at More Miles does not, when your repair is completed it's comforting to know your personal belongings are safe and all your spare change is still in the cup holder! Do yourself a favor and avoid the nightmare that can be car maintenance, see Mike and hand him your car keys..you won't be sorry.

Having written the review about poor customer service I now have to eat humble pie. I was contacted very quickly by th extraordinarily helpful Ian who explained that the delay in replying was down to my details not being on the latest database. My enquiry was dealt with swiftly and generously.
Cannot recommend More Mile highly enough !!
