I love More products, my only gripe is often things are sold out and the protein bars are far too sweet. I'm still looking for a protein bar that doesn't taste like a bag of sugar.

Terrible Service
While I love the products, the service is terrible. I managed to place an order at the end of December which was delivered to Prague on 6 January and went into storage on 9 January without any attempt to deliver. It was very difficult to get a hold of anyone at More Nutrition and even when I did, they felt it was not their problem as it had already left their warehouse. When I finally tracked it down and collected it from the post office, I got an email from More Nutrition stating that the parcel had been delivered by DHL. Impossible seeing as I had been the one who had collected it. Then this week I tried to place another order and for some reason the website would not allow me to choose my Prague address as the billing address. It kept going to my South African address. Unfortunately the website won't let you move forward without a billing address. After 3 messages to the helpline explaining that the billing address should be the same as the delivery address in Prague but the system won't let me choose it, I was told that unfortunately they don't deliver to South Africa, have a nice day. Prague is in Czech Republic, a neighbour of Germany, it shouldn't be so difficult.
Update in response:
Firstly, regarding the delivery. The parcel is still the responsibility of the sender until the handover. If the parcel is put in storage yet you as the sender do not give me any information or incorrect information regarding the delivery then the fault lies with you. The only information I could get out of More Nutrition was that the parcel left the warehouse. No information about what courier would deliver etc. I had to track it down at my local post office and once I collected it, More Nutrition sent me an email 'Yay, DHL has delivered your parcel'. Had More Nutrition given me the details regarding the delivery I could have tracked it down sooner but all I got was 'It's let the warehouse.' Absolutely no help in tracking it down. But I also suspect that More Nutrition didn't know how it was sent as by post and by courier as two different forms of delivery.
Then regarding the 2nd order I tried to place.
When I tried to place the order the 2bd time I deleted the South African details from my Google account but the More Nutrition site still kept filling in the South African details. I tried changing the payment method but I no longer had the option to do so. I tried deleting the order to start from the beginning but the site wouldn't allow this.
When I first emailed regarding the problem I explained the issues and attached screenshots, the response was 'There is no active order for you.'. Well if they'd read my email they'd realise there wouldn't be as the More Nutrition site wouldn't allow it.
Also when I was told that More Nutrition doesn't deliver to South Africa, I also sent screenshots and an explanation that I needed the parcel sent to Czech Republic. All I got was 'we don't ship to South Africa'. So my email wasn't read properly.
Service needs to be improved.

Regarding your December order: once a parcel leaves our warehouse, the delivery process is handled by the carrier. However, that does not mean we are unwilling to assist. If a shipment is held at a local depot or redirected to a collection point, this can happen due to the carrier’s delivery procedures. We understand how confusing this must have been, especially if the tracking update did not reflect your collection accurately.
Concerning your recent order attempt: our system does not support billing addresses in countries we do not serve. When using services such as Apple Pay, Shop Pay or Google Pay, the billing address is often automatically populated based on the stored payment details. If e.g. your Google Pay account is registered with a South African billing address, the system will automatically select this and prevent checkout, even if the delivery address is in Prague.
This is a technical limitation of our payment system rather than a refusal to deliver to the Czech Republic. We do deliver to Prague, but the billing country must match one of the countries we currently support.
If you contact our customer service team again and mention this review, we will be happy to guide you through placing the order successfully — for example by using a different payment method or adjusting the billing information.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and hope we can resolve this for you.

The best protein powder I have had in about 30 years of using supplements.
The vanilla ice cream flavour is my absolute go to - I never get bored of it. Add milk, ice, a banana and 1/2 avocado and it's heaven!
