Maple wood brackets were exactly as advertised. Quick delivery. Very satisfied. Thank you.

Two suggested improvements:
1. Even after my order was confirmed, I continued to get emails saying me order was not complete. Maybe I did something wrong, but I kept getting notifications that my shopping cart was not empty.
2. Very happy to discover the keyhole brackets already installed, but don't remember seeing this would be the case when I ordered. I am not a woodworker. Almost went elsewhere because I wasn't certain I could find and properly install the keyhole hardware.

I was going to purchase hundreds of crossheads for a large project. I ordered one piece as a sample for my client. They said that it would ship in three days. I received it almost two months later. I will never buy from this company again.

I liked the product itself. But the packaging and the delivery service were horrible. The cardboard packaging was not near strong enough to protect the fragile product. And even worse, the delivery service left the box next to the street on a side road that services four houses. They did not leave it at the house, but out at the street in the bushes on a rainy day. If they would’ve only gone 100 feet further, they could have put it out of the rain in an open garage or under covering. Since they left it in the rain, the box was completely destroyed.

The molding was just what I ordered. It came quickly, no problems.

The product processing time and shipping was excellent. However, the quality of the decorative trim that I purchased was terrible. The straight linear pieces or crooked. They were of various depths. The corner pieces were not the same length on each side. I would not recommend, these trim moldings.

Material came on time and was exactly as ordered. The requirement of 4 piece minimum is difficult when that much material is not needed.

I had ordered the wrong size corbels, so Albert helped me choose/verify the correct size and walked me thru returning the smaller ones. Made it very easy. Will absolutely buy from here again.

The moldings were easy to cut and install. The miter and but joints came together very good.

Company quickly replaced wrong sent item with the one I first ordered.

A note was included with the order, asking them to cut the circular rosette into equal quarters before sending to me - this was ignored and I received an uncut rosette.

I would have liked a shipping notice, but the item came quickly and was exactly as expected. I will order from here again.

I thought I was ordering a door knob, not a door pull. Picture of product was blown up to twice the size of a door pull. Who wants to pay over $50 for a door pull. Rather disappointed. Now I have to go through process of a return. No enjoyment in that.

The carving was a perfect addition to a drop front desk I made.

Arrived on time and in great shape. Workmanship is superb!
