This store is clearly a scam

This store is clearly a scam, bought a jacket recieved it and the quality was terrible. Emailed them for return and keep getting the old "We will replace if free, just need to pay the $30 shipping". it has been over a month and I keep getting responses to check the website for a replacement. The website is now a jewelry store.

Deceptive drop-shipping operation hiding behind fake Australian identity

Do not buy from this storefront. They use deceptive marketing to pretend they are a local Australian clothing boutique, but they are a factory-direct drop-shipping scheme operating out of Ningbo, China. The clothing and footwear arrived via a bulk freight injection hub in Chullora, NSW, to look like a domestic delivery. The garments are of abysmal, mass-produced quality, featuring 100% cheap polyester instead of the advertised premium fabrics. Most shockingly, the garments arrived with their original manufacturer sizing tags physically cut out of the material to hide their factory origin, and one item actually contained the sewn-in brand label of an entirely different retail store. The boots were completely mis-sized as a giant Chinese Size 48 instead of the ordered US 10.5.When you attempt to get a refund, their automated customer service bot engages in a stall loop before demanding you pay $50+ to ship the items back to a blacklisted warehouse in China, hoping you will cut your losses.Do not negotiate with them. Bypass their customer service entirely and escalate a formal complaint directly to their payment processing infrastructure (Whop) or initiate a chargeback with your credit card bank for product misrepresentation and tampering. I submitted my official Australia Post tracking screenshots showing the true Chinese exporter alongside photos of the defaced garments, and won a 100% full forced platform reversal. A complete scam.
