BUYER BEWARE !!!! This company is a total SCAM - I wanted to rate the item less than 1 but unfortuantely that's the lowest I can choose! They absolutely use false advertising and as mentioned in other people's reviews, they send you inferior quality merchandise made in China that looks nothing like what they advertise. And once you complain they try to offer you discounts to accept the crap they shipped. It's not even worth 1% of what you paid so when you insist to return they then tell you the 30-day money back guarantee is only good if you ship back to a CHINA address at your own cost. When I investigated with Canada Post shipping it back, the cost would have been almost close to what I paid originally and this is for shipment by ship which would have entailed further delays. I unfortunately had to cut my losses and glad I did because it sounds like others shipped back and have yet to receive a refund and now have been scammed twice!

BUYER BEWARE……I ordered a jacket, it was thinner than paper….I immediately requested a refund…first they offered me a discount on more merchandise…nope, I wanted my refund. They claim to have a no hassle return….I was told I would be responsible to ship it back, I was ok with that but disappointed…..the address was in China….I sent it back early November….they will not reply to any of my emails to update the status of my refund so now they have my money and the jacket….this company just wants to scam people and should be investigated big time! I even sent pics of the product and all the shipping details and picture of the parcel right at Canada Post…..this company is not Canadian! Shipped from China, returned to China….I have learned a very valuable lesson,

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Morgan Toronto. The product pictures on their site are misleading, and the actual item received was completely different and of very low quality.

Delivery was also terrible - it took an unreasonably long time to arrive (ordered for my son's birthday, but arrived way after the fact).

When I emailed them about the issues, their response was unhelpful and dismissive.

To make matters worse, they use a cheap and unreliable courier service.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against using Morgan Toronto. Their website appears to be a facade for scamming people into buying low-quality products.

The joke is on me! I ordered 3 really nice looking sweaters only to be presented with 3 thin printed nylon imitations. They don’t return emails and product returns are more costly than the overpriced misrepresentations they sent me. I’ll give the sweaters to charity. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

the company service is terrible, i called several times, nobody speaks english to give you the franchise info, never email back, just terrible

these scumbags are a scam. send you clothing 3 sizes too small and then if you want to return you have to pay to send back to china..dont do it...shop in your own country or make sure there is a free return. I was stupid enough to buy and lost $77 . Dont do it...

Be very sure that the size you buy will fit the size chart is not accurate!!! and the quality is NOT as described. If you want an 'easy return'--forget it-- the product has to be shipped back to China to the 'warehouse'--not back to Toronto as the store shown on the website--and the shipping will cost more than the price of the product--therefore---FORGET GETTING BACK A REFUND!!!! Certainly speaks of very shady business!!!!!

I should've read the previous reviews, since I had the same experience: 3 coats all rotten quality, and the wrong size; and deceptive 'return' information - the assurance: 'returns within 30 days' with the caveat - 'you pay shipping' does not prepare you for shipping charges back to China.. yet the store name is Morgan Toronto

SCAM SCAM SCAM, do not use, delivery is very poor and if you are unfortunate to review the product ii is a very very poor imitation of a product you were expecting, basically a printed piece of thi nylon, nothing like the photos on their website. Stay well clear, Chinese SCAM.

This company is a scam. The items did not match the pictures and were crap quality. When I tried to return them, they offered a 10% refund or the option to mail them back at my expense to a warehouse in China.

I didn't even want to give them one star but zero was not a choice! I ordered a sweater and as I clicked place order I realized I had chosen the wrong size. I immediately wrote to customer service and asked if they could correct my mistake. Three days later they finally answered saying they couldn't change the size as the order was shipped. IN 3 MINITES ! I find that very hard to believe that. Very disappointed. Will not buy from them again or recommend the

This company ripped me off. They advertised a cute SWEATER, fuzzy, warm, $69.99 on sale. What I received was a cheap, flimsy, plastic smelling, WAY TOO small top. It is NOTHING like the photo. Then, same order, a leather bag... NEVER GOT IT. I emailed to return the top, they offered me 15% back. I refused, and they are now offering a coupon for the bag. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED HALF MY ORDER, AND... THEY ARE REFUSING to take the top back. I will be reporting this company for false advertising and bad business practices. I should've looked at reviews first!!!! 😕🤑😡😡😡

Nachos were horrible no real cheese just some disgusting sauce.
They were not edible.

I ordered a coat . They sent me 2 the same. The coat was awful in every way, fit, quality ,finish, sewing etc etc. Completely not as shown in photo. I wanted my money back but had to settle for a 10%discount because it cost more to mail the package back to China. They don't tell you about the shipping to China if you want your money back. The coat was given to charity.

I ordered one item and almost immediately after ordering it they "updated" my order and added a 2nd item exactly the same as the one item I ordered. I immediately sent an email to cancel my order. They only replied after they had shipped the order stating it was goo late to cancel as my order was already shipped. I was even more furious when I realized the order is coming from China!! No indication of this on the website! I thought it was a Canadian company. This must be a cyber crime! I will be reporting to the RCMP and the Better Business Bureau. I have yet to receive my order and I am extremely concerned about the quality of the items after reading the reviews here!

Product does not look like website. Inferior product at best and sizing is way off. Never again would I buy from them. And returns what a joke.

I purchased 2 sweaters on-line from Morgan Toronto with the understanding that the product could be returned with a full refund and no shipping charges. The advertisement did not indicate that the product needed to be shipped back to a China location where I was required to pay the shipping charges + Custom Clearance fees. Please note, the advertisement made it appear as if the return shipping was to a Canadian location at no charge - not so. I will NEVER AGAIN buy a product on- line from such an outfit.

Do not buy. Received $75 item today.. does not look like item on web and it says 2x and is at best a large. To return it I will have to pay to have it returned to central Asia. There terms are clear but marketing doesnt reflect them. I thought it was a Canada company.. Liers and cheats! I am SO angry!!!
