Very disappointing experience

Unfortunately, my experience with Morgan H.A.S. Solicitors was extremely disappointing.

There were significant delays throughout the process, and communication was often poor. I frequently found it difficult to get clear and timely updates, which added considerably to the stress of my transaction.

I was also faced with unexpected fees, which I felt should have been explained more clearly in advance. There were also errors in the handling of matters, which caused further delays and frustration.

The problems did not appear to be limited to my experience, as I was aware of other people in the chain raising complaints about delays and poor communication. Ultimately, completion took place later than expected, causing considerable inconvenience.

Overall, I feel the service fell well below the standard I expected from a professional legal firm. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering using this firm asks for a clear breakdown of all fees, establishes who will be handling their case, and ensures they receive regular written updates throughout the process and not be given a junior solicitor to handle their sale.

Mr Gumus is very proactive. He takes control of a situation by making things happen, for example, if he feels things should be progressing faster than they were, he demonstrated strong awareness and informed me immediately, which allowed me to address the situation promptly and sensitively. He maintained a calm tone, ensuring that conversations are respectful but straight to the point. He is reliable and consistent, always getting back to me after a text or email without delay. Has strong communication skills and is a good listener. He understands what his clients want and asks relevant questions, and gives regular updates. He is compassionate and reassuring.
