Great communication with this company! Fast delivery! Soft and comfy bed for my toto to sleep in and is outstanding quality. This is by far the best online company I have used to buy products for my dog.

I ordered the goods and waited, then waited and waited some more. Eventually after emailling to find out where my order was it was sent.
Unfortunately the xtra large hoody was only big enough for small dog and not my dog so I decided to return the item. Sent it 1st class recorded delivery, to a different address and waited. After proving that I had sent it and it had been delivered back I received my refund by e cheque even though I had paid using Paypal! So now I have a 5-7 working day wait before I get my refund.
The whole experience has left a bad taste in the mouth and we will not be buying here again.

I apologise for your experience and that you feel it was a bad one with us. Unfortunately the X Large hoodies are designed for smaller breeds, however there are sizes for larger breeds in this particular product you ordered, we offer a size chart with measurements and are always also happy to help if you are unsure of a size for your dog.
I am sorry there was a few days delay in delivery as we were away on holiday but your order was sent out promptly on our return and was sent out first class instead of the second class you opted for.
You informed us the item was too small and we promptly replied and you returned it to our partners as instructed. As soon as the item was confirmed as being delivered back to our partners we were able to give you a refund via paypal (the method you paid for originally), unfortunately Paypal do take a few working days to process the refund back into your account.
Again I am sorry you felt you had such as bad experience with us and we take on board your feedback to make our service better in the future.

Great service. So refreshing to be able to book a delivery slot for a pet related order and have it turn up on time. I've used other pet supply companies and been left waiting the entire day only to be told it will come sometime the following day instead. Drivers are polite and willing to go that extra bit. They've been happy to carry my delivery up to my second floor flat. I highly recommend Morgan's Dog Boutique without question.
