Thought it was funny me trying to get through to him via phone for 45mins to retract our offer...
No returning phone calls etc put 2 offers on property this week fobbed me off it was going to a closing date( utter rubbish)

Saying its going to a closing date would never have knew this if I hadn't telephoned him to ask what was happening.
This was yesterday 14th December yet today miraculously its SOLD..

Really poor service. Feel they could set a closing date instead with so much so called interest in a property. On more than one occasion booked a viewing only to told it sold, even though I explicitly stated I would be happy to put in an offer

We booked a valuation and had to wait a week for a time. On the day we waited at 10.00 and by 10.15 I phoned to find out what was wrong. The receptionist said the woman was off work with a sore leg and wouldnt be attending. She would have contacted me but didnt have my number or email ( the first things asked for in my original call! ) So in all we were just left to rot. They had no intention of turning up and no intention of letting us know!!! Extremely unprofessional service, in fact no service at all. Captain Smith of the Titanic did a better job than they did as at least he saw it through to the end!!! Horrific.

Incredibly disappointed, an agent reached out following my enquiry but when I asked to view a property and to be kept advised of others fitting the criteria I had I was ignored.
I reached out again this morning with the reference of a property shown on Bayut asking if was available, he replied ' I've answered all your questions and offered you solutions, I have rented 3 units since we started our chats' erm definitely hasn't instead has ignored my request. Just because I wasn't forced into the unit he wanted me to view and rent which wasn't suitable for me then I can only assume he is against providing the service is he is employed to do. Had only spoke to him for the first time on Wednesday and considering there was only 1 unit he was prepared to force upon me then I highly doubt 3 have been rented.
He also refused to communicate over whatsapp - well for someone that works full time servicing my clients whatsapp is a better tool for communication without confusion and time wasting. I am looking for a unit that fits my criteria not to be sold to by an unprofessional aggressive 'agent'.
Onwards and upwards to agents that have units listed that ARE available and agents that actually care about their role and clients and not about their sales figures. This is Dubai after all and the market is flooded with agents.

This was the second time that we have sold a property with Morgans Residential Sales. Both times have far exceeded our expectations. Gina looked after both sales and went above and beyond on both occasions to keep us up to date and also help in any way possible. We feel Gina is a credit to the company and we would highly recommend anyone to use Morgans Residential Sales.

Purchased our house with Morgan’s of Cheshire and they were fantastic! They were frequently in contact with ourselves, keeping us updated and always so professional, well informed and lovely. A great team who care about their customers.

We found Morgans to be a great package: a really good set of photos and website, a good team to show the property to prospective purchasers and really diligent, pro active staff to follow up leads and, once the offer was accepted, to push the sale through (which, when conveyancers are involved, can be hard work!). A special mention for Nicola and Louise who have kept me sane through the transaction process once heads were agreed. Forever friendly, understanding and responsive. Highly recommended.

I am glad i chose Morgans residential to sell my house. The service was brilliant from start to finish. All the staff were friendly and helpful and cannot thank them enough and would definitely recommend.

We have recently bought a house, which was marketed by Morgan’s. I found them to be friendly and helpful - in fact the only way we managed to complete the sale was by Gina and I turning detective and I’m grateful to her for going the extra mile to get the job done!

We bought and sold our properties through Morgans. The service was excellent. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful and we're kept informed every step of the way. Moving home is a stressful experience but with Morgan's help the move could not have gone any smother. I would certainly recommend this company.

I am so pleased we chose Morgans to sell our house. The service was second to none from day 1 and when it became complicated the staff, Gina especially went over and above. We were kept in the loop the whole time and eventually we had the best outcome. Really reasonably priced too but regardless it was worth every penny!
