At Mornflake, everything we make is thanks to one mighty little grain. Yes, oats might seem like a fairly simple ingredient, but they have so much to offer.

Love granola

Love granola, vegan 'yogurt' and fruit for breakfast - hate the extra sugar and additives added to most of them out there. Not so with Mornflake's no added sugar granola which contains just oats, dried fruit, nuts and seeds. Delivery is always on time, well packaged and if you buy a box of six it's very good value. On the one occasion there was a quality issue Mornflake resolved it quickly and added some extra packs of granola for the inconvenience

These people provide excellent quality…

These people provide excellent quality products and service! I find they're a great value for the money. I have special delivery needs and they not only follow them to the letter, they hand write them on the box for the courier. Personal, professional, exemplary! I've purchased their products numerous times before and will continue to do so. Never been disappointed! I highly recommend this seller!

Damaged delivery...no response from Mornflake…

Placed a large order for the jumbo oats. Items delivered in a poor state. Two bags completely split open at the top of their packaging. Oats all spilt in box making unusable Phone line immediately cuts out. No response from sending in contact form or message left on Facebook. Surprised at such a poor response from the company.

Great Quality Product

Great Quality Product, Great Value & Great UK Family Brand & Heritage

I’ve been using Mornflake's Mighty Oats for my morning shake for sometime now & I’m massively really impressed. Great quality & love that they come in 2kg bags making them great value & convenient as I use every day.

I just found they're made by a UK family business in Cheshire called Mornflake, that’s has been milling oats since 1675! Amazing heritage! So great to support a British company especially one that’s still family-run that cares about quality & sustainable farming.

Will definitely keep purchasing Mighty Oats & supporting Mornflake - Highly recommend.

I am about to order my second package…

I am about to order my second package of Morning Flake oats based on my experience of my last order.
Their website stated withing 7 days, it arrived within 3.
Product was well packed and secure.
I'm guessing the people there are human, like me, and probably make mistakes, have an off day.
Seems some people here are little gods, never make mistakes.
I'm also amazed how someone blind can see so much detail - maybe a kitchen spring clean might be in order?

Unbeknownst to this semi-blind consumer, I've been eating 'live' insects.

I am partially-blind and chronically unwell, and I couldn't see that I was eating live insects; despite the packs of Mighty Oats being stored in perfect conditions, and where 'other' sealed porridge oats were unaffected by these creatures.

They appear-to like the dark conditions, and could be found in the creases of the oats; and even opening-up the brand-new packets, I found literally hundreds of them actually eating inside the packets; crumbling the oats into dust.

But as I am really quite blind, I didn't notice this, and they were 'generally' too small for me to instantly see; until I saw them moving against a contrasting white background.

These insects seem-to enjoy the paper, (for which they can infiltrate) as well as dark(er) environments, and there is more-than sufficient food for them to be able-to feast upon, amid the 2kg packets.

As soon as I finally realised why I was becoming even more unwell than normal, I sent a video to Mornflake, who failed-to reply; twice.

An utterly shameful company, who react to no correspondence whatsoever, and therefore take no responsibility for why only 'their' foodstuffs are affected, when other sealed porridge is perfectly fine to store and use.

I initially purchased around 13 x 2kg bags of Mighty Oats whilst it was on-sale in Sainsbury's, to try and save money; but most of it has had to be discarded after I had-to be admitted to hospital.

There's a lot of starving people in this world, and that is why I typically waste nothing; so, this was heart-breaking to have-to do; and the company (Mornflake) couldn't care any less if it tried. It's quite happy-to advertise a stadium, but cannot even respond to me after I'd already stated that I was 'NOT' seeking any sort of compensatory claim. I just wanted an answer as to why 'only Mornflake Mighty Oats' created this insect infestation, and 'not' anything else stored in the same perfect conditions; including the equally new and sealed Sainsbury's-own porridge oats?

Mornflake did not reply twice to my pleas, despite it being monumentally difficult and time-consuming for me to create any correspondence (especially, right now) amid my health and semi-blind state; so, might they respond now?

Either way, their customer service department is a clear example of just another support-service in name only; and a failure to make any sort of reply is both immature and cowardly under the circumstances.

Brilliant!

I have ordered from them for sometime and have always been impressed by the speedy delivery and the quality of their products. On the order I received today I used their "Build your own basket" option for the first time to order the items I wanted in the quantity I wanted. Brilliant idea which worked really well. As usual I placed the order on Thursday and it arrived two days later which is very good. The deliveries are by APC who are always reliable and give you a time slot which is always appreciated.

Mornflake's products are good

Mornflake's products are good. Their delivery service is poor. Each time we order from them APC botch the delivery. I ensured that someone was available on the three days that they said they were to deliver. Nothing appeared. At the time of writing it is day 4. It appears that the consignment is a few miles away. I live in hope. If I ever order again, will the "overnight"delivery appear?

Won’t buy Mornflake again

Placing a simple online order for 12kg oats gave us a week of distress and misery. After a botched delivery Mornflake did not want to refund our money. We emailed them five times and called them twice. In the end I advised their CEO that we would tell on Trustpilot how we’d lost our payment. Only then did his PA send a refund together with an immature email which still blamed the courier company. It wasn’t the courier who took our money! It was Mornflake. Insolently, the PA told me to ask supermarkets to stock their oats.

She need not have bothered. We will not buy Mornflake again.

Our home is in the town centre, easily found via satnav, with convenient off street parking. Our street gets deliveries all day long. Even the courier who has had to change its name delivers without problem. But the “overnight” courier sent by Mornflake kept us waiting at home two days in vain. On day four an unruly driver showed up with a badly damaged box which, peculiarly, he took away again.

There followed five days with no oats, no responses from Mornflake and no refund until I contacted the CEO.

All this for a delivery that had been promised to arrive “overnight”.

Mornflake has been trading for 348 years. But it hasn’t understood the responsibilities that come with taking an online payment.

The experience leaves me feeling ill used.

Mornflake Muesli! Top quality and first class service.

I am a regular consumer of the fantastic Mornflake No Added Sugar Swiss Style Muesli. An essential breakfast item for a recovered type 2 diabetic! Devastated when the usual Shop supplying this product withdrew it from the shelves. Hard to find it anywhere else so I signed up to buy online directly from Mornflake. (1st February) Great web site, easy to order and sensible pricing. Quick and Impressive Delivery! Thank You.
