Was only offered a partial refund or told to return goods to overseas address at own personal cost which they said would be expensive

I received my leak proof pants. The fabric is nice and soft but they are NOT leak proof. Opened the packet and ran under the tap and wet right through.
Update..... I contacted the seller and was very happy they offered me a partial refund. I will be purchasing from them in the future. Customer Service excellent.
My order of hair straightening products never came. Advertised as $34 but they actually charged me $57.66 and their account name was alivelydoll.com. Have emailed them many times to ask for a refund but they keep telling me to wait for another week the order is on the way. Its been a whole month and still nothing. They gave me an invalid tracking number.
