If you’re short on time, and need to settle the children then buy this! It has a maths, English, Geography, find the mistake, word of the day and a great historical fact! Simply add on the music and it provides a great starter and buys valuable time!

I use Morning Challenge every day as a brain break after our Maths lesson.The pupils see it as fun and they learn so much in one lesson-Word of the Day,grammar,History of the Day , Country of the Day.

This is a great resource to have in your toolkit as a supply teacher. The starters for any level give you a few minutes in the morning to get organised. And if there are no plans left there are story starters and maths activities that can give a basic jumping off point. Highly recommend 🥰👌

I have been using the morning challenge for a few years. My class arrive between 8.15 and 8.35am so it's great to have some worthwhile activities to have on offer during that time! We have wellbeing Wednesdays and use the story starter for thinking Thursdays. The children enjoy being able to choose what to focus on and often we discuss their ideas from the morning challenges during registration. Thank you!
