I ordered 2 bags of a particular bean, but recieved 2 different types. One bag was damaged and split open. I used their website and 'contact us' to register this issue - requesting the order be corrected and have heard nothing back. Several weeks have passed, so it's time to enter the review - they've had long enough.
It's a pity, because having Burmese heritage in the family gave me more reason than most to support the project, which I wished to support. But this was all very poor service...
As for the 1 usable bag of beans, they did not seem fresh (no roast date anywhere). Unique flavour, but something seemed off with them.

The coffee and service were great, but the flavor was not quite what I wanted.
