First time customer

First time ordering my package was stolen from my buildings stairway before I got home from work. I contacted the company immediately, and they happily sent out a replacement. Even asked if there was a better address to send the replacement to so that there wouldn’t be a repeat issue. I gladly provided a more secure address. They provided me with a new order details shortly after. So helpful and efficient!

Horrible customers service in the…

Horrible customers service in the London Stratford branch. Avoid the Westfield Stratford Morphe and Boots Morphe Stratford. There is a 5ft tall , European girl that works in the Boots Morphe who is very rude.

Their Jaclyn make up and Morphe’s bigger foundation brushes is not suit for purpose.

Avoid shopping at Morphe at all costs.

From beginning to end nothing but…

From beginning to end nothing but problems.. Very unreliable ended up with refund and purchasing Fenty which am so glad i did as my niece absolutely adores it and say its much better quality... . Morphe was an absolute headache

Terrible customer service, no communication and ridiculous postage waiting times

Terrible customer service - ordered a pack of 4 measly makeup brushes which took one month to arrive - no updates on when I would receive the order even after three emails of asking the question. No replies to my enquires whatsoever, just one day the brushes arrived.
No matter how good the product may be, great customer service always trumps..telling by other reviews your company won’t last much longer if you continue to blatantly ignore your customers.

Don’t hesitate to buy at Morphe UK

I read the reviews after I made the order for two palettes and with so many bad reviews I was worried they won’t arrive in time, they will arrive damaged or some other problem, but the palettes came just in time and they look gorgeous. I’m very happy with the product and shipping. My order arrived in Germany in a little more than a week. I would definitely repurchase the palettes.

I went into Selfridges Oxford St to buy…

I went into Selfridges Oxford St to buy Zoeva foundation brushes but because they were no longer trading there, Morphe was reccomended. I purchased around 4/5 different brushes and sadly to say, they are all useless. I ended up buying a pack of foundation brushes from all places ..... Primark and they have been brilliant. I will not be using Morphe brushes again.

Receive damaged product

Receive damaged product, just wanted new ones sent to me. They told me it wasn’t that damaged and offered me 20%refund and free shipping, I never even paid for shipping for I had qualified for free shipping for spending over $100. Why are you offering me free shipping and not sending me non damaged product or a full refund. They only wanted to give me 20% back once I went out my way to send product back through UPS. They didn’t want to refund me my full amount I paid on the palettes. Who decides on how much money you get back for something you paid in full and who are you to tell me something wasn’t damaged which it clearly was!! Customer service representative laughed at me on the phone when I asked to speak with a manager and stated she was the manager. Never again morphe!!!

The foundation brush is perfect for…

The foundation brush is perfect for getting all of the bristles off your face after using the brushes. These make up brushes are awful. I should’ve sprung for more expensive brushes, because these are crap.

Below 1 star- worst service

Below 1 star. Absolute poor service from morphe. Poor customer service team and mixed messages. I placed a order the promotion code they had on did not work and I was charged full price I called to cancel the order where the customer agent said she has passed to the packing team still received the order called for the 2nd time the agent advised to send the item back I would have to pay and once sent send a post of return and a refund will be processed. Called again 3rd time and emailed proof of return yet now they want to wait till item received. Absolute poor service as this is not what the 2 representatives said at the start. I do not have any stores near my home. Yet had I of known I would of tried to post this to someone who lives near a store still a hassle and not great service at all in comparison to other better make up companies.

I wish I had read these reviews before…

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing Christmas presents I’ve never had a problem with them before but they have obviously gone waaaay downhill, order never came and of course they lost it and everything apparently out of stock now so just issued a refund without my consent even though these were Christmas presents and they don’t give a crap they didn’t even apologise and no offer to resolve it very bad customer service, never again

Don’t bother

Ordered two things, then got an email saying part they had refunded me. This email didn’t even say they had run out of stock or what the issue was. I told them to cancel all the order and she told me she will need to check because it may have already been sent out. Fast to take my money but slow to give it back. Also, the item is still available on their website. I did get a 20% discount code, so I’m left wondering if it was because of this.

awful experience

awful experience. ordered on july 28 ans got in at the end of october. lost my order twice and never refunded me, even when they asked me if i wanted a refund or the pallet and i chose refund, never got it. then they sent me the pallet and i ask for a return and they made me pay for it. never again buying from morphe. terrible.

Order unfulfilled for 6 weeks & now 1/2 the order is OOS!!!!

I recently placed a large order for the new Jaclyn Hill cosmetics liquid lips and liners on 10th Sept. Order just kept saying ‘unfulfilled’. I just kept receiving emails saying ‘sorry for the delay’ and that they’ve had an influx of orders etc etc. After several back and forths via their slow email contact system, order was confirmed yesterday but now, shock, 1/2 of my order is out of stock. When asked to lodge a complaint the customer service email just said ‘they apologised for my experience and would pass my email on to the relevant department’. Whether they will or not who knows. I am so frustrated by the whole experience. Never had an issue before but for something to take 6 weeks and I chased and chased, I just find this totally unacceptable and frustrating.

False advertising and won’t honour

Constant promotions advertised on Facebook with codes that don’t work. Refuse to acknowledge and honour any email regarding it.

A huge delay on dispatch (understandable considering the pandemic) but the website had no advisory or delay update via email.

I found out from reading hundreds of Facebook comments from customers.

Never received order. Company not refunding me. Terrible communication.

I placed an order at the beginning of september. I never received it. I emailed Morphe and spoke with Emily M, who stated she would send out a replacement order to an alternate address. I never received that one either! I’ve sent them multiple emails to try and get a refund, and all they do is send me tracking information for the original order THAT I NEVER RECEIVED!! They haven’t responded to my requests for a refund so I’ll be contacting my bank to report fraud. This company is ridiculous and I will never order from them again.

MakeupbyAriel brushes falling apart…

MakeupbyAriel brushes falling apart after washing brushes only 1 time. I emailed them over 10 times in 2 weeks and they finally answered to 1 email and said they can't help me because its been past 30 days of the delivery. When in fact I emailed them within the 30 days and it's their fault they won't reply to me! Their website also says within 60 days to contact them so I don't understand why they are saying they can't help me. I emailed them with proof that I did email within 30 days and I kept contacting them for 3 weeks now on facebook and instagram as well and they would leave me on read. Their customer service is terrible! This company is being extremely shady. I've supported them for so many years and have never had an issue with their products. The one time I have an issue they are choosing to ignore me! I will no longer be supporting them and telling everyone to not support them as well. Very disappointmented with their company practices and can't follow their own policies!

Guys

Guys, I have same experience as yours, terrible customer services, order not received, no tracking information and no reply for so many emails. I am just here to advise that keep commenting on their fb page to alert others about it so that they don't become fool and company stops to make people fool of their false advertising. Moreover, talk to your bank about this fraud or if you have paid through paypal then lodge a complaint there.
