I love morrocanoil products but their customer service is a disgrace and for that reason I will never be ordering from them again.

I placed an order worth £60 on the 7th March I have still not received this order, it's now the 23rd March. I contacted their customer service which took nearly a week to come back to me and ask did I want the items sent urgently or a refund. I still want the items as I love their products. However, every time I try to reply to the email and make them aware I would still like the order my email bounces back undelivered because the recipient has rejected the email. I have no other way of contacting them.

I paid my direct debit so will be contacting my bank on Monday to see if they can do anything. I feel like I have been robbed of my hard earned cash my a company that should be honest and reliable.

Wonderful products for the hair and skin, regular user of the shampoo ,hair oil and body lotion smells gorgeous and leaves your skin and hair feeling so soft!

I've had an awful time trying to order from this website. After about 8 attempts of trying to place an order, it finally started to process the order and asked me to approve the payment on my online banking app, which I did...I was then right back where I started on the order page. Terrible customer journey. Hire a CX person or journey mapper because this was awful and makes me think this company isn't worth it... which is a shame because I really wanted to try the products!

Love these products. They were recommended to us and very impressed the oil is wonderful for hair extensions too.

Easy website and your goods are delivered in time. The products are very good. The hair products leave such a nice smell of arganoil. Anyone loves to take care of their hair and body this is the place to get your products.
