They took the time to break down anything I didn’t understand, never rushed me and ensured I understood everything in such an important and huge step in my life. The experience has been great. We worked with Kevin and he has been excellent. As first time buyers he provided us with all the information we needed and he went above and beyond in his time to explain all aspects.

As sensible persons and first-timers we also double checked things and got competing quotes but all turned out to be true and the best offers on the market. We never had any concerns as is typical with the other service offerings we got where you feel like you are part of some pre-made agreements and where there is severe lack of knowledge.

Their service has been excellent and it is well worth the price if you are new to buying a property.

The service was efficient and effective. The team I worked with from the mortgage advisers to the insurance guys were all knowledgeable and helped me achieve my ultimate goal, move into my new home. I didn’t even realise I needed a mortgage insurance and when I did I was going to start checking online. But Tom was very helpful. He called me on WhatsApp when my direct line had an issue and got the cheapest and best quote for my mortgage insurance. Thanks to Tom’s efficiency, everything went smoothly. Having gone through multiple mortgage advisors, Megan Morgan has proved to be the most willing and competent. Over the years I have dealt with several and I have to say Megan Morgan did not give up. She felt the pain in dealing with a very demanding provider and went above and beyond. At first I was sceptical as I had my own advisor lined up but when they couldn't provide, Megan Morgan stepped in and worked tirelessly over months to get the mortgage.
