Extremely good friendly service
Extremely good friendly service from Louise.
My requirements left a very limited number of providers. A few hiccups along the way (when I thought the application was doomed to fail) were handled in a timely manner & Louise reassured & kept me fully informed.
Highly recommend.

Everything went smoothly and was managed and delivered in a way that turned a stressful time into an easy transition. Even once we had moved... we are still receiving support and help with possible life insurances etc.

professional yet personal…
A Very professional yet personal service, I liked that there was always someone on hand to speak to directly, either on the phone or face to face.
