Was told I would be sent quotes for different providers but instead I have companies spam calling me constantly. I did NOT sign up for this.

Scam- not a comparison site
Scam- not a comparison site, it’s a sales site
They take your info ring you back and try and sell you other things
I was far too polite and agreed to have shell energy send me a quote
I did not receive a receive a quote I received a welcome pack and an invoice and a deadline of 14 days to cancel
Not also getting phone calls from other sales teams
Misleading advertising
Misleading advertising. They ask you to sign up as a price comparison site when in fact it is a sales tactic and they just want to call you back. Not worth your time.
Edit to say that ever since submitting my details to the site in error, I have received several scam number calls. Never had any before as is a newish number. Not a good sign.
Rubbish ad and recruitment tool for the companies that sponsor the site
Put in virginmedia as default to swap FROM and after filling the details section it reveals the hidden offer as virginmedia. Don’t wanna swap from virginmedia to virginmedia. Sort the coding out if that’s the problem or stop trying to recruit people for them. Disgusting and useless site either way.
DO NOT USE SWITCHEROO OR SCOTTISH POWER…
DO NOT USE SWITCHEROO OR SCOTTISH POWER Applied to switcheroo and someone from Scottish power called me on my mobile to say they could do me a better deal than I have now. I asked if they would confirm, by text, the figures quoted to me on the phn. No they couldn’t. Would they then please confirm them on the email address they asked me for?No they wouldn’t. I explained they could then quote me one price over the phn and charge me anything they liked. The Man said we can’t help you and he cut me off. hhmmm no integrity here..
A very dodgy company . Avoid …
A very dodgy company , they siphon your details from you then phone up trying to bully you into moving .
Nasty salesman .
Avoid like the plague
Don't actually provide comparison deals
Poor service.
Do not actually provide energy comparison AND don't tell you this before you give them your personal details.
If I could give 0 stars I would
If I could give 0 stars I would. Filled in my details expecting to see a table to compare quotes and instead I got a pushy, arrogant, salesman who did not want to take no for an answer from Scottish Power! He was so rude that he put the phone down on me when I said no! Surely this breaks some trade description law somewhere - absolutely awful and dishonest!
AVOID
Stay away. Dangerous sales company.
The form online gives no indication they'll be phoning you. I filled it out expecting to see a breakdown like any other website. Instead I get a call with a scaremongering hard-sell of one of the highest tariffs on the market claiming it's a 'good deal', conveniently from an energy company offering one of the highest affiliate payments on the market for new customers.
Don't fill in the form!
Filled in a comparison form online to try and get some prices for broadband and nothing! Since then my phone has been ringing non stop, I don't want a sales pitch, I work in sales I know how it works! FGS, I just want straight forward price comparisons, not too much to ask for is it?
Be careful… don’t believe what they say
Used Switcheroo to compare broadband deals for a new flat and one of their staff called me up and were pushing me to sign up to a TalkTalk super fast contract for 24 months, when there was no way I could get the speeds they were promising in my flat as there is no fibre available and no way to get out the contract. He also said that no one did 12 months contracts and that they couldn’t get an engineer to set it up until 20 days time and said that I would have the same timeframe no matter which supplier I went with. This was all a lie. Luckily I didn’t sign up and give my bank details as the next day I found a 12 month contract with John Lewis Broadband and an honest expectation of the top speed I could expect in my area, a monthly cost of half the TalkTalk cost and a set up timeframe of 7-10 days!
Have just gone on Internet to find out…
Have just gone on Internet to find out broadband deals. Switcheroo says just put in your postcode that's all you need. Well then they ask for your address. You are starting up business with a LIE. Rubbish company.
Saved over £350 per month on 2 buy-to-let mortgages
We saved over £350 per month on 2 buy-to-let mortgages and got £250 cash back!
The guys at Switcheroo made it so easy, it took less than half and hour to transfer 2 mortgages to a new product with our existing lender - and I’m now saving over £4,000 a year. We have another mortgage that’s due for renewal soon and I’ll certainly ask Switcheroo to do the same. The £250 cash was a bonus too!
